But most of the poor families do not know whether they are eligible for these programs or not and even if they do know, they have to go to various offices for help.
Ehsaas One Window initiative aims to provide services to Ahsaas customers through One Stop Shop.
There are six pillars of one window ehsas program;
- One Window Ehsaas Center
- Digital information and services platform
- Mobile app
- Integrated back office digital interface
- Integrated database
- Uniform and integrated beneficiary targeting policy
The first one-window ehsaas center is located at Sitara Market in Islamabad and is fully operational. In this center, you can get all kind of information regarding every ehsaas program in one place. Ehsas One Window Centers will be opened across the country. The Ehsaas Tracking Portal is the only way to confirm eligilbity of every single Pakistani.

Under the initiative of Ehsaas One Window Center, the basic aim is to provide information and services to the needy people with organized manner under one roof.
The first One Window Ehsas Center has been established at Sitara Market in Islamabad. In this center, all sense services can be accessed in one place.
Under the umbrella of Ehsaas program, offices of Ehsas affiliates have been opened to get information on various social protection and poverty alleviation programs, where their staff will be present to guide the consumers.

You can withdraw money of Social Security benefits from the Branches of Ehsaas Partner Banks (Habib Bank and Bank Al-Falah) and Biometric ATM machines.

NADRA office has been set up to solve the problems of biometric verification, certification of death certificate from NADRA and CNIC card for special / disabled persons.
