The Ehsaas Program registration for disabled Person is a flagship initiative of the Pakistani Government on social protection, including Rs. 2,000 monthly benefit and savings bank account facilities for 70 million deserving families across the country. In December 2020, on the occasion of special persons, the Government of Pakistan is expanded by Ehsaas Kafalat for special person’s policy. Every family with a special person will be given a monthly scholarship to improve the special people in Pakistan.
All the Special (Disabled) Persons are informed to register with Ehsaas / BISP program to get monthly financial support from the Government of Pakistan. Your CNIC must be included your disability status for proper registration. If you can feel any problem then contact the Representative of Government and discuss about your issues.
The 20 million families of at least one special (Disabled) individual throughout the country will benefit special people. The feeling believes in adopting special people of society and adopting access to equal opportunities. You can know your registration process through NSER survey which is conducted or not for your family.
Ehsaas Program For Disabled Persons 2023
The poverty rating for the 70 lakh families who are currently eligible under the Ehsas Kafalat program is 29%. The Proxy Means Test determines this rating. Under the new Sense Sponsorship Policy for Special Persons, this limit has been increased to 37 for households with at least one special individual. These families will now be able to receive financial assistance under a sense of sponsorship. One family will be eligible for a stipend.
How To Registered For Ehsaas Program Special Persons 2023
You can join the Ehsas Kafalat as Special Persons; all disabled persons should be registered with NADRA, and when Ehsas Survey Team comes home, register their family. Ehsas Kafaalat will include eligible families of special persons through Ehsas Survey and Ehsas Registration Desk in all districts. The process of identifying deserving families through a sensory survey continues till June.
The Biometric Verification of special persons will be made through the NADRA database. According to the NADRA database, only those persons who are called special persons will be declared eligible. Eligible families should register the special persons in the NADRA database as soon as possible and make a card (Disability Certificate) for the special persons of NADRA to be eligible for the stipend.

As soon as the deserving special persons are registered in the records of NADRA, the required data for inclusion of their families in the Ehsas program will reach the Ehsas Administration through NADRA. Eligible persons who have NADRA certified cards do not need to re-register with NADRA.
Payments will be made through the existing sponsorship payment method. As the payment system is based on biometric verification, payments will be made to special persons under the Sense of Sponsorship Payment Rules.
