The Ehsas Tahafuz Program is currently under initial stage and is being implemented in only one hospital (Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi). The scope of the ehsaas program will soon be extended to other parts of the country.

The project staff conducts research to assess the need and eligilbity of the applicants. For the sake of transparency, all the check-ups are done with the help of automated IT system. The fixed cost of treatment of the deserving patient is paid on the basis of actual bills. When the treatment is over, the Tahafuz staff asks opinion through telephone regarding the complete process of treatment.
