Answer: The reports have been received that many shopkeepers take women’s ID cards and keep them in boxes for the payment of ehsaas kafalat amount. This is completely wrong. No one is allowed to do that. Consumers should not submit their identity card to anyone before payment but keep the CNIC card with them at the time of payment.
