The Chief Minister Punjab has launched Kisan Card 2023 registration online for the direct delivery of all subsidies to the farmers in the form of a cash transfer. It is a ground-breaking initiative to transform Punjab’s Agriculture Sector.
The Kisan Card Program has been launched by the Prime Minister to facilitate farmers through the smooth transfer of subsidy money in their digital bank accounts linked with the card. The Kisan Card system is integrated with the Punjab Land Revenue Authority and National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) to ensure that subsidies/incentives are available only to targeted farmer groups – segregated by farm size, geography, age, gender etc.
Kisan Card 2023 Registration Procedure
The issuance of Kisan Card for direct transfer of cash subsidies into farmer’s account has made its successful footprints across Punjab. The total of 6,10,000 farmers have received Kisan Card.

- To receive Kisan Card, registered Farmers needs to contact the HBL Konnect shop to verify their thumb impression and open their account to get Kisan subsidy check.
- Following the thumb impression, registered farmers will receive a message, after they will need to go to their local agriculture department office to obtain the Kisan Card.
- Non-Registered farmers will connect the local staff to the Agriculture Department for their registration so they can apply for the Kisan card.
